    This is my second 8 panel. I purchased the brown last year and I decided that I had to have a black one this year. It is a great hat, super warm, well constructed. I have had many compliments on this hat and I highly recommend it to others.

    This is a nice hat. Well made and quite warm. I bought the wrong size. I figured I was screwed since the hat was bought in Turkey. I contacted them on their website using their chat function. They agreed to exchange with no hassle. They emailed me the return label and fedexed me a larger one. Just like that. I couldn't believe the ease with which the exchange worked. Great customer service. Because the ear flaps are sewn inside, I would order one size larger than you normally wear. But you can exchange with complete confidence. that is so important when you are dealing with an overseas vendor online. But I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Id like to get a pair of their gloves, but my hands are too big for what they carry. The hat is good value and this company has just outstanding customer service.

    Sure to keep your head warm with no sweat

    I've never had a hat like this before. Love the material! It really keeps your head warm as well as your ears with the generously sized foldable ear covers. I prefer to keep the snap button shut but when wearing this hat a bit deeper on my head or with the ear covers down it is kinda necessary to open it; not that the open model doesn't look good. The hat does get a little tighter with the ear covers down as they fold over the headband but other than that the hat fits snuggly and I did order it according to my size. Great quality hat! And not to mention speedy delivery!
